EcoVadis rating: Bronze medal received

this year LEUNA-Harze GmbH has received a bronze medal for the first time as part of the EcoVadis assessment.

EcoVadis is an internationally recognized platform for assessing the sustainability performance of companies. It analyzes and evaluates how well a company integrates environmental, social, and ethical aspects (ESG criteria) into its business practices.

Companies are assessed using a standardized questionnaire and supporting evidence in four main categories:

a) Environment

b) Labor and Human Rights

c) Ethics

d) Sustainable Procurement

The LEUNA-Harze GmbH scorecard shows that the company is among the top 35% of companies in the chemical industry that embed sustainability issues in their policies, effectively implement related measures, and report on corresponding results.

EcoVadis analyzes this corporate sustainability performance using standardized criteria and recognized international standards. The assessment is based on documented evidence and publicly available information.

On this basis, LEUNA-Harze GmbH continuously works to further develop the processes and measures in the assessed areas and to achieve successful results again next year.
