GHS-08 free, modified resins

Due to the reclassification of Epilox P13-18 (Oxirane, mono[(C12-14-alkyloxy)methyl] derivs., CAS: 68609-97-2, EC: 271-846-8), all modified resins containing Epilox P13-18 are also subject to the new labelling requirements. This primarily affects the Epilox T 19-38 and T 19-36 series. Many applications, certifications, and operating guidelines necessitate the use of non-CMR substances. Therefore, LEUNA-Harze GmbH introduced the following alternatives:

Epilox T 19-64G series with viscosities of 700 mPas, 1000 mPas (T=25 °C)

Epilox T 19-68G series with viscosities of 500 mPas, 700 mPas, 1000 mPas (T=25 °C)

These new modified resins are mainly designed as replacements for the Epilox T 19-38 series. Additionally, they are exclusively available as biobased materials with a biobased carbon content of up to 28%.
